LINO LAKES PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM <br />PURPOSE: <br />Focus the marketing /promotional campaign to effectively <br />define the image Lino Lakes wishes to enhance, define the target <br />audience, and communicate that image through a variety of public <br />relations efforts. <br />TIME FRAME: Annual <br />ASSIGNED TO: Community Development Director and Assistant/consultants <br />STRATEGY: 1. Develop a marketing plan and promotional materials to <br />effectively communicate the Town Center concept to the community, <br />developers, the media and targeted businesses. <br />2. Develop along with the commercial /industrial site matrix <br />documentary photos of land use and surrounding land use. <br />PROJECTED RESULTS: <br />The development of a Lino Lakes "image" as a community <br />offering high quality housing, excellent business opportunities, <br />good schools, and a country-like atmosphere close to the heart of <br />the metro area. <br />12 <br />
