CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br />Chair Schaps called the Lino Lakes Planning : ning Board meeting to order at 6:30 <br />p.m., August 9, 2000. <br />II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES — Jul <br />Mr. Rafferty requested a correction <br />discussion on the Tree Prese <br />then maybe it is just not sup <br />c1u't`e his comment during the conclusion of the <br />nce to indicate that if all of that is required, <br />Mr. Zych made a MOTION to approve the revised minutes of the July 12, 2000, meeting <br />of the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board, and was supported by Mr. Schilling. <br />Motion carried 5 -0. <br />Ms. Lane arrived at 6:32 p.m. <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Chair Schaps advised that due to staff involvement in a Council workshop, the first item <br />for consideration will be Item F, Public Hearing (Continuation),Ordinance 09 -00, Tree <br />Preservation Ordinance. <br />The agenda was approved. <br />IV. OPEN MIKE <br />Chair Schaps declared Open Mike open at 6:33 p.m. <br />
