Planning & Zoning Board <br />May 8, 2002 <br />Page 15 <br />APPROVED MINUTES <br />Ms. Lane made a MOTION to continue th e Public Hearing to June, 2002 Planning & <br />Zoning Board meeting and was supported by Mr. Corson. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />Ms. Lane asked if this project was consiste nt with the Comprehensive Plan. Mr. Smyser <br />replied it was consistent with the Plan. <br />VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />Ordinance Revision Update <br />Mr. Smyser updated the Board on the Ordinan ce Revision. He stated the next meeting <br />was scheduled for May 23, 2002. <br />VII.ADJOURNMENT <br />Ms. Lane made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 7:53 p.m., and was supported by <br />Mr. Hayden.
