Planning & Zoning Board <br />September 12, 2012 <br />Page 3 <br />APPROVED MINUTES <br />said tha t letters were sent to the neighboring property owners regarding the project and <br />that neighbors were opposed to a solid barrier wall in favor of a more natural type barrier . <br /> <br />Mr. Palmer addressed questions from board members. He explained that areas of a chain <br />link fence around the perimeter of the property w ould need to be fixed. An eight -foot <br />fen ce with a three -strand barbed wire top would be installed in lieu of the barrier wall. <br />He said that security w ould be increased with the installation of an interior electronic gate <br />with key card access for customers. <br /> <br />Chair Tralle opened the Public Hearin g at 7:09 p.m. <br /> <br />There was no one present to speak. <br /> <br />Mr. Hyden made a MOTION to c lose the Public Hearing at 7 :10 p.m. Motion was <br />supported by Mr. Laden . Motion carried 6 - 0. <br /> <br />Mr. La den made a MOTION to recommend approval of Amending the C.U.P. at 6221 <br />Ho lly Drive. <br /> <br />Motion was supported by Mr. Evenson . Motion carried 6 - 0 . <br /> <br />VI I DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. None <br /> <br />VI I I . ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />M r. Hyden made a MOTION to a djourn the meeting at 7 :11 p .m.
