I have reviewed their calculations and believe <br />they appear to be reasonable for an underground utility easement. <br />The discounting of the property could be argued as well as the rate of return on the <br />temporary easement, however, it would appear in view of the dollar amounts <br />involved and the attorneys fees to contest this eminent domain the most prudent <br />course economically would be to accept the settlement. Would you please present <br />this to the City Council for their review and approval. If you have any questions, <br />please contact me. <br />William G.
