I have the following comments: 1. The 903 and 904 proposed contours along the south side of the proposed building do not tie into the proper existing contours and must be corrected. 2. The invert elevation of the sanitary sewer service at the proposed building must be shown. 3. The need for a fire hydrant on site must be reviewed by the fire marshall. 4. The length of the 6 -inch PVC sanitary sewer service must be noted on the utility plan. 5. The length and grade of the sanitary sewer service stub to the west must be noted on the utility plan to ensure that there is 1.5 feet of separation between the sanitary sewer stub and the 10 -inch water service. 6. The utility plan must include the City standard detail for the drop connection to the existing sanitary manhole. 7. The utility plan must include the City standard detail for the proposed sanitary manhole. 8. The utility plan must include the City standard details for gate valve installation and reaction blocking of the watermain 9. All watermain fittings must be noted on the utility plan. 10. The construction entrance must note that the width is a minimum of 20 feet. 11. There is a note on the Bale Check Detail that refers to a detail below, however, there is no detail below. 12.
