The hearing could be continued to October 6, to provide an additional opportunity for input before the first reading of the Ordinances on that same date. In the meantime, a notification letter is being set to all Reliant Energy Minnegasco customers in Lino Lakes, explaining the meter fee and how to provide input. The agreement is contained in an ordinance, which requires a public hearing. Council Member O'Donnell clarified that the continuation of the public hearing will occur on October 9, 2000. 2 •
