COUNCIL MINUTES AUGUST 28, 2000 <br />Council Member Carlson moved to schedule a public hearing on Ordinance 14 — 00 and Ordinance <br />15 — 00 for September 25, 2000, at 7:00 p.m. Council Member Reinert seconded the motion.
