• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following Ordinance and moved its <br />ORDINANCE NO: 17 -00 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE UNCONSTRUCTED CUL -DE -SAC RIGHT - <br />OF -WAY ON LOT 1, BLOCK 2 MAR DON ACRES <br />(Property known as 7870 Country Lane) <br />I <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />II <br />That the unconstructed right -of -way for a future cul -de -sac on Lot 1, Block 2 Mar Don <br />Acres (7870 Country Lane) is hereby vacated. <br />III <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days following its <br />passage and publication, in accordance with the City Charter of the City of Lino Lakes. <br />John J.
