EXCEPT the West 10 acres thereof. EXCEPT the East 233 feet of the South 468 feet of Section 4, <br />Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota. EXCEPT Parcel 60 of Anoka County Highway <br />Right -of -Way Plat No. 25. Abstract Property, ("Grantor Easement"). <br />
