• Council member introduced the following <br />resolution and move its adoption: <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00 -127 <br />RESOLUTION CANCELING THE SCHEDULED LEVY FOR THE 1992A G.O. <br />IMPROVEMENT BOND <br />WHEREAS, there is a scheduled levy for 2000/2001 of $353,352.00 for 1992A G.O. <br />Improvement Bonds, and <br />WHEREAS, funds are transferred each year from the Area and Unit Fund to finance the <br />debt service difference over and above levied special assessments, and <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed that this levy is not necessary for levy year 2000/2001. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the scheduled levy of $353,352.00 for <br />the1992A G.O. Improvement Bonds for levy year 2000/2001 is hereby cancelled. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 18th day of December, 2000. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Ry -Chel Gaustad, CMC City Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted: <br />
