Residents should <br />be contacted about the meeting date. <br />Council Member Dahl requested Mr. Carlson be very specific with residents about what <br />type of fencing and screening is acceptable. <br />NORTHWEST SADDLE CLUB, DONNA CARLSON <br />Council Member Carlson distributed information regarding the Northwest Saddle Club to <br />Council Members. She stated her main concern relates to the Comprehensive Plan. She <br />stated this plan has very small lots with 212 units per acre. She stated the Council needs <br />to consider what this will mean to the Comprehensive Plan. <br />The City Planner advised the project has not yet been submitted: e pin is going <br />through the concept stage. The developer has been told t at p oe land is not in the <br />MUSA. The Planning and Zoning Board has indicate. he 4 e n. comfortable with the <br />density. He stated he is still working on the plan. At this point the plan is <br />conceptual. <br />Council Member Carlson stated the City already has an excess of residential acreage in <br />2010 MUSA line.
