• 01 -01 <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-01 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />HIGHLAND MEADOWS WEST 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statute and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat was approved by the City Council on December 11, <br />2000, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Highland Meadows West 2nd Addition received by the City <br />complies with City requirements, <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Highland Meadows West 2nd Addition. <br />• <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of January, 2001. <br />John J.
