Council Member introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01 -27 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT 3 (FINAL) FOR THE 2000 WEAR <br />COURSE AND TRAIL PAVING PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the 2000 Wear Course and Trail Paving Project <br />has been completed by North Valley, Inc., and; <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Payment Number 3 (final) in the amount of $25,431.25 is approved for a <br />total contract amount of $179,861.31. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 12th day of February, 2001 <br />John J.
