The Planning and Zoning Board reviewed this item at their January meeting and <br />recommended approval with the conditions outlined below. The P & Z added conditions <br />6 &7. <br />1. The city will assure perpetual access for the RPEHA to its outlots, including <br />vehicular access to the boat ramp. <br />2. Signage will be placed at the trailheads indicating that only authorized <br />vehicles are permitted. <br />3. The city will relieve the Association of its obligations with respect to the <br />Easement and Option Agreement with the Schut's and the Easement <br />Agreement with the Kuzel's. <br />4. The RPEHA will be responsible for any desired fencing along the proposed <br />path. <br />5. The City shall record the minor subdivision with Anoka County. <br />6. Prior to constructing any fencing, the RPEHA must receive City approval. <br />7. Signs shall be installed indicating "public trail ". <br />The City Attorney reviewed the conditions which will be contained within the purchase <br />agreement for the proeprty. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve minor subdivision as outlined above by adopting Resolution 01 -11, 12, 13, & <br />14. <br />2. Return to staff for further consideration <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option 1 <br />
