CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-121 <br />APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH RJM CONSTRCUTION, <br />CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AS AGENT, PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING <br />WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with RJM Construction in June of 2026, and <br />WHEREAS, following award of contracts for the project the total budget and Cost of Work <br />have been updated to reflect estimated expenditures; and <br />WHEREAS, the contract provides for a contract amendment based on the Cost of Work of <br />the project and the provision of site services throughout construction of the project, and <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to amend the contract to document the revised scope of <br />project and adjustment to compensation, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota approves <br />the amendment to the Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and RJM Construction attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a <br />contract on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of June, 2026. <br />Ro a erty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC, City Clerk <br />
