The Environmental Coordinator will provide separate comments. <br />•Floodplain <br />The submitted concept plan does not impact floodplain. <br />•Drainage and Utility Easements <br />All needed drainage and utility easements have been provided with the approved <br />preliminary plat. <br />Development Agreement <br />A development agreement will be required with the final plat. <br />Grading Agreement <br />Grading agreement not required at this time. <br />•Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br />The stormwater maintenance for public facilities are already in place with the main building. <br />•Permits Required <br />Required permits will be determined at the time of preliminary plat submittal.
