The Council staff report and <br /> resolution detail the project’s consistency with the City’s Comprehensive Plan and compliance <br />with the City Code. <br />ANALYSIS <br />PUD Preliminary Plan <br />The PUD Preliminary Plan is the master plan of the entire 21 acre development.
