Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00 -81 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS — 2001 21st AVENUE STREET AND STORM SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 23rd day of April, 2001, fixed a <br />date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of 21st Avenue and Northern <br />Lights Boulevard by constructing roadways, storm sewer, and ponding. <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held earlier this evening, at which time all persons desiring <br />to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The improvement is hereby ordered. <br />2. The City Engineer, John Powell, is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />improvement. The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of <br />such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 11th day of June, 2001. <br />John J.
