Council Member <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-75 <br />RESOLUTION UPDATING 2001 FEE SCHEDULE <br />TO INCLUDE NEW PARK DEDICATION FEES <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council adopted Ordinance 06 -01 to establish park <br />dedication requirements, and <br />WHEREAS, the ordinance establishes the method for calculating cash fees in lieu of land <br />dedication, and <br />WHEREAS, the fee amounts are subject to periodic change and therefore not included in <br />the ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council has approved Resolution No. 01 -72 <br />establishing park dedication fee amounts of $1,665 per residential unit or $2,175 <br />per acre for commercial/industrial property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes City Council <br />authorizes staff to incorporate park dedication fees contained in Resolution No. 01 -72 into <br />the 2001 Fee Schedule previously adopted by Resolution No. 01 -28. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 1 lth day of June 2001. <br />John J.
