ELECTRICAL INSPECTION SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF LINO LAKES AND SUBURBAN INSPECTIONS <br />This Contract is made and entered into between the City of Lino Lakes, 600 Town Center <br />Parkway, Lino Lakes, Minnesota, 55014, hereinafter "City" and K. L. Peterson, Inc., <br />d/b /a Suburban Inspections, 17833 Xylite Street NE, Ham Lake, Minnesota 55304, <br />hereinafter "Contractor ". <br />WHEREAS, the City requires services to be provided for electrical inspections; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Contractor desires to, and is capable of, providing the necessary <br />services according to the terms and conditions stated herein; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of mutual promises and agreements <br />contained herein, the parties agree as follows: <br />111 1. TERM <br />• <br />1.1 Term. The term of this Contract shall run from 7 -1 -01 to and <br />including 7 -1 -03, unless earlier terminated by law or according to <br />the provisions herein. <br />2. CONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATIONS <br />2.1 General Description. The Contractor shall provide the following <br />services generally described as: <br />A. Provide qualified personnel to perform electrical <br />inspections within two work days of notification by the <br />electrical installer. <br />B. Enforce the Minnesota Electrical Act and Rules as adopted <br />and amended by the City. <br />C. Submit a report of completed inspections, invoice for <br />completed electrical inspections with the completed permits <br />on the first and the third Mondays of each month. <br />1 <br />
