Cooperate with the City Building Official, to resolve non- <br />complying or incomplete electrical installations when <br />installer fails to comply with acceptable standards. <br />E. Notify the electrical utility for connection or re- connection <br />of all electrical services installed, replaced or repaired for <br />which an electrical permit is required. <br />F. Provide forms and documents needed for normal office use <br />for 1% of the inspection fees invoiced up to a maximum of <br />$200.00 per year. <br />3. CITY'S OBLIGATIONS <br />3.1 General Description. The City shall: <br />A. Receive and process electrical permits and fees in <br />accordance with a fee schedule. <br />B. Forward the white copy of the permits to Contractor, retain <br />the pink copy of the permit, and file same in <br />alpha/numerical order by address until the completed white <br />copy is returned with the report of the completed <br />inspections and permits. <br />C. Receive and process orders for payment and fees collected <br />for fee shortages and extra or special inspections. <br />D. Adopt an ordinance to provide for an electrical inspection <br />of all installations requiring inspection within the City. <br />E. Keep on file with the State Board of Electricity copies of <br />the current inspection ordinance. <br />F. Adopt the most recent revision of the Minnesota Electrical <br />Act including M.S. 326.01. <br />G. Adopt the Minnesota Rules Chapter 3800. <br />H. Notify electrical utilities servicing the City that all services <br />installed, replaced or repaired for which an electrical permit <br />is required must be approved by the Contractor. <br />
