ELECTRICAL PERMIT FEES <br />Maximum Fee <br />Maximum fee for single family dwelling not over 200 amp is $110.00 plus $.50 <br />State surcharge. This fee provides a maximum of 3 inspections. <br />Minimum Fee <br />Minimum permit fee is $25.00 plus $.50 State surcharge. This is for one <br />inspection only. Minimum fee for work requiring a Rough -in inspection is $50.00 <br />plus $.50 State surcharge. <br />Re- inspection or Additional Inspections - $25.00 <br />A. Complete a STATE FORM. Include the contractors complete address <br />including zip code. Add a $.50 for State surcharge to the total cost of each <br />permit. Apartment Buildings <br />The fees for the service, house feeders and circuits are indentified in "B" <br />above.
