• CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION JUNE 19, 2001 Mayor Bergeson inquired about any City regulations relating to double frontage lots. City Planner Smyser stated the City has nothing that specifically addresses double frontage lots. The City prefers double frontage lots are not created. However, staff does want to see the roadway connection. City Engineer Powell stated 10 -12 double frontage lots were created in Wenzel Farms. Council Member O'Donnell stated the developer and the residents should come to an agreement about acceptable screening. Council Members did express concern regarding the lack of reasoning for the denial from the Planning and Zoning Board. It was suggested that the City possibly make that a requirement when receiving any recommendation from City Boards. Mr. John Kruman, Attorney for Mr. Hill, stated a major problem with the area is the MUSA line going right through the property. Council Members determined the draft Comprehensive Plan can be distributed on a diskette subject to the approval from the City Administrator.
