• <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION JUNE 19, 2001 <br />Mayor Bergeson inquired about any City regulations relating to double frontage lots. City <br />Planner Smyser stated the City has nothing that specifically addresses double frontage <br />lots. The City prefers double frontage lots are not created. However, staff does want to <br />see the roadway connection. <br />City Engineer Powell stated 10 -12 double frontage lots were created in Wenzel Farms. <br />Council Member O'Donnell stated the developer and the residents should come to an <br />agreement about acceptable screening. <br />Council Members did express concern regarding the lack of reasoning for the denial from <br />the Planning and Zoning Board.
