• <br />• <br />Councilmember introduced the <br />following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 08 -01 <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY <br />TO ANOKA COUNTY <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />I. <br />The real property described as: <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, <br />Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the south line of said Northeast Quarter with the <br />centerline of State Highway No. 49 as now established; thence east along said <br />south line 208 feet to a point 858.5 feet west from the southeast corner thereof; <br />thence north at right angles a distance of 220 feet; thence west and parallel with <br />said south line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter to said <br />centerline of State Highway No. 49; thence southeasterly along said centerline to <br />the point of beginning. Except that part platted as Anoka County Highway Right <br />of Way Plat No. 11. <br />(the "Property") is owned by the City of Lino Lakes (the "City"). The city council of <br />the City has determined that the Property is no longer needed by the City for any <br />public purpose. <br />II. <br />The city council of the City authorizes conveyance of the Property directly to <br />Anoka County. The mayor and city clerk- treasurer are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute such deed and other documents as may be necessary in <br />order to convey the Property. <br />III. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days following <br />its passage and publication, in accordance with section 3.09 of the city charter. <br />John J.
