Until reconstruction is <br />completed, West Shadow Lake Road will be blocked at the north end of the <br />development. <br />The City Engineer has reviewed plans and will review final plans. The attached memo <br />from the Environmental Specialist indicates that he reviewed the tree plan. The revised <br />plat moves locates the trail internally so it will not affect existing neighbors. The above <br />discussion addresses the improvement of 62nd St. The revision of the plat and the <br />conditions of approval in Resolution 01 -113 address the issues recommended by the P & <br />Z in 1998. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve Resolution 01 -112, approving the minor subdivision. <br />2. Approve Ordinance 13 -01, approving the rezoning from Rural to R -1X. <br />3. Approve Ordinance 12 -01, approving the allocation of 11 acres of MUSA reserve. <br />4. Approve Resolution 01 -113, approving the preliminary plat for West Shadow Ponds. <br />5.
