COUNCIL MINUTES JULY 23, 2001 <br />Resolution No. 01— 98 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />Mayor Bergeson called for a short recess at 8:40 p.m. <br />Mayor Bergeson reconvened the meeting at 8:45 p.m. <br />Lino Lakes Marketplace, FIRST READING, Ordinance No. 16 — 01, Rezone for PDO (4/5 Vote <br />Required); Resolution No. 01 -107, Preliminary Plat Approval (3/5 Vote Required), Mike <br />Grochala — Community Development Director Grochala advised revised plans were received on <br />Friday, June 29, 2001. A review of the plans, based upon the issues and concerns that were raised in <br />the June 7, 2001 report to the Planning and Zoning Board, as well as the memo dated June 18, 2001, <br />has been completed. The Planning and Zoning Board did recommend approval of the PDO and <br />Preliminary Plat/Site Plan at its July 11, 2001, meeting with 18 conditions included as Attachment 1. <br />Additionally, staff has added condition no. 19 with regard to installation of a bituminous trail segment <br />along Lake Drive. <br />However, in response to previous Council action and subseque <br />developer is in the process of evaluating an alternative secon <br />acceptable to the County.
