• <br />01 -164 <br />Council Member <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-164 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE SADDLE CLUB <br />ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, THE city has received an application for preliminary plat approval for the Saddle Club <br />Addition, and <br />WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is: <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota; and <br />• WHEREAS, at their meeting on September 11, 2001, the Planning and Zoning Board conducted a <br />public hearing to consider the application; and <br />• <br />WHEREAS, the proposed preliminary plat meets the requirements of the City's Zoning <br />Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby <br />approves the preliminary plat as shown on the plans dated received August 13, 2001 for the <br />Saddle Club Addition subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The grading, drainage and utility plans are subject to the review and approval of the City <br />Engineer. <br />2. Park dedication shall be paid prior to recording the final plat at the rate in effect at the time of <br />the final plat. <br />3. Markers delineating the drainage, utility, and conservation easement shall be installed within <br />platted lots by the developer. <br />4. A landscape /screening plan shall be submitted for City review and approval as part of final <br />plat consideration. <br />Saddle Club <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />
