CITY OF LINO LAKES . <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -08 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR HOLLY DRIVE STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions of the Council adopted August 27, 2001, a study <br />has been prepared by the City Engineer, with reference to the improvement of 12th <br />Avenue/ HoIIy Drive Street Reconstruction by constructing Street, storm sewer, sanitary <br />sewer and watermain extensions; and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information showing the proposed project is n ecessary, <br />cost - effective, and feasible; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's Engineer, TKDA, shall perform such services; and <br />WHEREAS, the City proposes to use Municipal State Aid, Surface Water Management, <br />Trunk Area & Unit, and previous assessments for all of the cost of the improvements, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />1. The City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and he is <br />directed to prepare plans and specifications for the HoIIy Drive Street Reconstruction <br />project. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of January, 2004. <br />John J.
