The P & Z <br />recommended denial of the application based on the findings listed in the resolution. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Deny the amendment to the comprehensive plan to change the land use category from <br />Medium Density to High Density. <br />2. Deny the conditional use permit/planned unit development/preliminary plat. <br />3.
