The 19 <br />club is celebrating its official charter on the evening of March 1 and council members are invited to 20 <br />attend. He offered thanks to Po lice Chief Swenson for his participation with the club. 21 <br /> 22 <br />D. Willis, law student, asked to meet with Chief Swenson for a school project, after the meeting. 23 <br />Chief Swenson concurred. 24 <br /> 25 <br />SETTING THE AGENDA 26 <br /> 27 <br />The agenda was approved as presented. 28 <br /> 29 <br />CONSENT AGENDA 30 <br /> 31 <br />Council Member Rafferty moved to approv e the Consent Agenda, Items 1A through 1D as presented . 32 <br />Council Member Stoesz seconded the moti on.
