Springsted staff is conveniently locat ed close to <br />the City . This will ensure greater accessibility and will promote an ease in communication and <br />scheduling flexibility. Summary biographies of the team members are included below. Additional <br />detailed information on each is available upon requ est. The project will be coordinated and <br />managed by Mr. David Unmacht. He will be responsible for all aspects of the process, work <br />product and communication with the City. M r. Unmacht will ensure that the team works in tandem <br />and accomplishes all of the tasks on time and on budget. <br /> <br />Each of the team members is supported by staff within their respective firm. The support <br />personnel will be involved in the project to assist in providing data analysis, logistics and general <br />administrative responsibilit ies. The team has partnered together for several years and has an <br />excellent working relationship. Information on each is contained in the reference section. We take <br />great pride in ensuring that our work is directed to the needs of the City and we are fl exible, <br />practical and solution oriented in our analysis. <br /> <br />David J. Unmacht <br />Project Manager <br />Mr. Unmacht is Director of Springsted’s Organizational Management/ Human <br />Resources group. He is a long time local government professional who brings <br />a passi on and commitment to excellence in his service and relationships. <br />Mr. Unmacht brings more 15 years of county administration experience, <br />having worked for Scott and Dakota counties, Minnesota. He has also worked <br />as City Manager in Prior Lake and City Admi nistrator in Belle Plaine, <br />Minnesota. Mr. Unmacht’s professional career has been leading communities
