Documentation of <br />lot combination filing to Anoka will be provided prior to building permit <br />submittal. <br />Condition No.2 <br />The owner understands and agrees to the additional right of way dedication to <br />Anoka County for Lake Drive. A deed will be filed prior to building permit <br />submittal. <br />Condition No.3 <br />The Lake Drive driveway will be aligned with 796 Street. See attached revised <br />plan on sheets A1.1, G1 & U1. <br />Condition No. 4 <br />The location of existing wells on adjacent residential properties has been <br />verified by Metro Land Surveying and Engineering and are shown on revised <br />sheets G1 and U1 . A 50' separation between said existing wells and proposed <br />storm water ponds will be met. See comments from Brian Bourassa attached. <br />Condition No. 5 <br />Please find attached "Temporary Parking Plan, Sheet A1.2 ". (25) <br />temporary spaces are possible as indicated with access from Lois Lane.
