The plans shown utilities being connected. <br />Condition No. 8 <br />Existing septic system and wells will be abandoned under the construction <br />contract. Our specifications will highlight legal requirements. DSGW is <br />contracted for con §truction administration of this project and can request <br />documentation of this work. <br />Condition No. 9 <br />See attached "Revised Plant List ". The "vide" plantings are listed in the <br />revised list. <br />Condition No. 10 <br />We agree to city native seeding. Please send us or notify us where we can <br />obtain the native seed schedule. We will place it in our specifications. <br />Condition No. 11 <br />I will answer comments regarding Sheet A1.1, which was prepared by <br />DSGW. Other City Engineer comments will be addressed under the <br />attached comment form Brian Bourassa of Metro Land Surveying and <br />Engineering. <br />Sheet A1.1 Comments <br />1. The driveway on Lake Drive will be revised to align with 79`h. See <br />attached revised drawing A1.1 <br />2. The right of way lines will be identified as existing and proposed. <br />See attached revised drawing A1.1 <br />3. Proposed improvements are labeled and additional dimensions and <br />radius's are provided. See attached revised drawings A1.1. Other <br />site construction related details will be provided on Civil Sheets. <br />See attached sheet Dl. <br />4. There is no basement.
