The modified Plans include the relocation and extension of the 6' privacy fence in accordance <br />with the requirements of the City of Lino Lakes. The proposed ponding was located on the <br />northern and eastern property edges to provide a buffer to the neighbors and to best align with <br />the proposed parking lot development. At this time, a plan . for the snowplowing effort has not <br />been completed. However, it is anticipated that snow removed from the driveway entrance <br />and the south parking lot will be stored adjacent to Lois Lane (to the south). A portion of the <br />snow removed from the north parking lot will be stored in the ponding areas. The City <br />concerns regarding this item have been reviewed with the owner. <br />8. The removal of all existing structures will be completed in accordance with the City of Lino <br />Lakes and the State of MN requirements. These requirements will be outlined in our Project <br />Specifications. <br />Grading Plan Comments: <br />1. The modified Plans include General Construction Notes related to NPDES, City requirements, <br />seeding, etc. <br />2. At this time, we have not received any review comments from the County of Anoka. When the <br />Anoka County comments are received, the pipe ownership will be verified and documented. <br />3. As stated above, we are in the process of preparing our NPDES submittal. When this <br />document is completed, we will forward the application and SWPP to the City Engineer for <br />review. Due to the required parking lot configuration, the location of the stormwater pond is <br />confined to the northern and eastern property edges. In order to meet the required hydrologic <br />design criteria (storage volume and discharge rates), it was necessary to eliminate the 10:1 <br />bench. <br />4. Erosion control measures are shown on the modified Plans. <br />5. The modified Plans include a note stating that all required the City Engineer shall approve <br />imported material. <br />6. The modified Plans include a note stating that all tree clearing and grubbing shall be <br />completed in accordance with the requirements of the City of Lino Lakes and MnDOT 2101. <br />7. The modified Plans include notes regarding the placement of 4" of topsoil on all disturbed <br />areas and refers to the City of Lino Lakes Ponding Seed Mixture requirement. The <br />Landscaping Plan and Specification addresses all additional turf re- establishment criteria and <br />will reference MnDOT 2575 and the City of Lino Lakes requirements. <br />8. All proposed grading and drainage features will be confined to the VFW Site, Lois Lane ROW <br />and Lake Drive ROW. No additional grading and drainage features are proposed to be <br />constructed on the adjacent properties. The existing retaining wall located along the eastern <br />edge of the property is proposed to remain in place and left undisturbed. <br />9.
