The modified Plans include notes regarding the abandonment of the existing well and septic <br />system (in accordance with the City of Lino Lakes and State of MN requirements). <br />Utility Plan Comments: <br />1. The modified Plan Set includes existing pipe size and depth information. We will be providing <br />the modified drainage calculations to TKDA Engineers to verify the drainage conditions for the <br />Project. <br />2. Existing hydrants are located at the intersection of Lois Lane and Lake Drive (SE Corner) and <br />at the northwest corner of the driveway entrance for the Project and Lake Drive (as shown on <br />the modified Plan Set). <br />3. The Project construction will require a permit from Anoka County. Traffic control will be in <br />accordance with the requirements of Anoka County (as noted on the modified Plan Set). <br />4. The Project Specification includes information regarding the required trench and roadway <br />compaction requirements. <br />5. The modified Plan Set includes a note regarding the required watermain appurtenance <br />specifications. Additionally, City of Lino Lakes standard plates are included on detail sheet <br />Dl. <br />6. No comment regarding this item. <br />7. The modified Plan Set includes a reference to the Gopher State One Call. <br />8. Same as Item No. 3. <br />9. The modified Plan Set includes a note regarding the City of Lino Lakes Utility Superintendent. <br />10. The proposed driveway apron is included in the Project at the request of the adjacent <br />neighbor. The exact location of the driveway will be field verified and a gate will be required to <br />access the neighbor's rear yard. <br />Other: <br />1. When the geotechnical report is available it will be provided to the City Engineer. All site <br />removal and abandonment items will be completed in accordance with the City of Lino Lakes <br />ad the State of MN requirements (as included in the Project Specification). <br />2. No comment regarding this item. <br />3. No comment regarding this item. <br />Extra Comment Items: <br />1. The adjacent neighbor septic systems were field verified and are identified on the modified <br />Plan Set (> 50' from ponding area). Additionally, the existing wells for the parcels are located <br />in the front yards of the adjacent residences (» 50' from ponding area). <br />
