It also provides for additional public <br />open space by adding land to the park reserve. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the variances for lot area, lot width, and road frontage. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the variances are subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Anoka County shall grant an access easement to the dam parcel from CSAH 14. <br />2.
