CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-53 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPREHENSIVE WATER SYSTEM PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the. City's Comprehensive Water Plan was last prepared in 1991; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the water system has undergone substantial expansion and <br />modification to service both existing and new development; and <br />WHEREAS, the plan needs to be revised to more accurately reflect existing <br />conditions as well as identify future system needs; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's Engineer, TKDA has prepared a Comprehensive Water <br />System Plan; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That such Comprehensive Water System Plan, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and made part hereof, is hereby approved. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of April, 2004. <br />John J.
