Anoka County, MnDOT and Lino Lakes <br />will share costs. <br />• An AUAR will determine greenway and water networks that <br />enhance the living and working environment, preserve <br />groundwater quality and improve stormwater runoff into the Rice <br />Creek Chain of Lakes. <br />• This is one of the last remaining undeveloped tracts on a major <br />interstate so close to the heart of the metro area. A development <br />framework can determine relationships between the parts, <br />including pedestrian and vehicular nodes, site entrances, and <br />scale of uses. <br />- 6 6 - <br />
