CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -105 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.1 AND PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 3 - <br />2003 SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the project has been begun, <br />AND WHEREAS, 6" draintile was added and 15" RCP was removed for the 2003 Surface <br />Water Management Project, <br />AND WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is spelled out in the Change Order; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Change Order No.1 resulting in a decrease of $3,212.00 bringing the contract amount to <br />$239,108.96 and Pay Request No. 3 in the amount of $94,593.20 is approved for the 2003 <br />Surface Water Management Project. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of July 2004. <br />Ann J.
