Discussions between City Staff and <br />the property owners continue to take place. <br />We are requesting that the Public Hearing be continued to the December 20, 2004 <br />City Council meeting. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Continue the Public Hearing to the December 20, 2004 City Council meeting. <br />2. Return to staff for further consideration. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends Option 1. <br />
