Based on the State Law and the Department's Policies <br />and Procedures these funds must be expended for Law Enforcement <br />purposes. We are requesting that the Council approve Resolution <br />#04 -183 for the purchase of a Treadmill for use in the police <br />wellness /training room. We anticipate the cost of this Treadmill <br />to be approximately $3,500.00. <br />'OPTIONS II <br />1. Approve Resolution #04-183 <br />2.
