• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-183 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING EXPENDITURE OF DRUG FORFEITURE FUNDS <br />FOR PURCHASE OF EXERCISE EQUIPMENT FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />WELLNESS ROOM <br />WHEREAS, the Police Department wellness room is maintained and equipped <br />with public donations and purchases from the drug forfeiture funds; and <br />WHEREAS, the Police Department wellness room is in need of a Treadmill; and <br />WHEREAS, the Drug Forfeiture Funds are available for this purchase, and this is <br />a permitted use of the funds per state statute; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lino Lakes City Council <br />approves the expenditure of up to $3,500.00 from the drug forfeiture funds for the <br />purchase of a Treadmill for the Police Department wellness room. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of December, 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann J.
