• <br />Council Member <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -05 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS FOR <br />CENTURY FARMS NORTH <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the amendment of Resolution <br />04-43 and, <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that height restrictions for structures within the <br />Century Farms North preliminary plat area included in condition #6 of Resolution 03 -60 <br />should be revised to be consistent with MN Rules Ch. 8800. <br />WHERAS, it has been determined that Resolution 04 -43 should be amended to reflect <br />the changes on the Air Park Building Height Exhibit dated December 11, 2006 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA that no structure shall be constructed higher than the <br />• imaginary surfaces depicted on the Air Park Building Height Exhibit, dated December <br />11, 2006 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the December 11, 2006 Exhibit replaces condition <br />#6 of Resolution 03 -60 and the Air Park Building Height Exhibit that was adopted with <br />Resolution 04 -43. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of January, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
