• Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 07 -05 RESOLUTION AMENDING HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS FOR CENTURY FARMS NORTH WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the amendment of Resolution 04-43 and, WHEREAS, it has been determined that height restrictions for structures within the Century Farms North preliminary plat area included in condition #6 of Resolution 03 -60 should be revised to be consistent with MN Rules Ch. 8800. WHERAS, it has been determined that Resolution 04 -43 should be amended to reflect the changes on the Air Park Building Height Exhibit dated December 11, 2006 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA that no structure shall be constructed higher than the • imaginary surfaces depicted on the Air Park Building Height Exhibit, dated December 11, 2006 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the December 11, 2006 Exhibit replaces condition #6 of Resolution 03 -60 and the Air Park Building Height Exhibit that was adopted with Resolution 04 -43. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: The following voted against same: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
