• <br />Anoka County Multi - Jurisdictional <br />All Hazards Mitigation Plan <br />4.4.1.2 Municipality Hazard Vulnerability <br />In many instances individual municipalities have <br />specific vulnerabilities to hazards that differ from <br />the countywide vulnerabilities. This differentiation <br />can exist due to factors such as geographic <br />location, topography, geologic differences, and <br />proximity to manmade hazards. <br />In addition to this summary section, within the <br />discussion of each hazard in Section 4.4 Hazard <br />Analysis, there is narrative identifying the specific <br />municipalities or areas of the county that have <br />been affected by hazards, the extent of impact <br />and the probability of future occurrence in Anoka <br />County. The table below summarizes each <br />jurisdiction's specific vulnerability to each <br />identified hazard. <br />Multi- hazard Requirement §201.6(c)(2)(iii): <br />For multi - jurisdictional plans, the risk <br />assessment must assess each jurisdiction's <br />risks where they vary from the risks facing <br />the entire planning area. <br />FMA FEMA 299 Guidance: The Plan should <br />be coordinated with, and ideally developed in <br />cooperation with, all of the local jurisdictions <br />within the geographical area <br />A. Does the plan include a risk assessment <br />for each participating jurisdiction as needed <br />to reflect unique or varied risks? <br />D. Does the plan include the probability of <br />future events (i.e., chance of occurrence) for <br />each hazard addressed in the •Ian? <br />ANOKA COUNTY — LIKELIHOOD OF POTENTIAL HAZARD INCIDENT OCCURRING * <br />Very Likely =3 <br />Likely =2 <br />Possible =1 <br />Jurisdiction <br />rn <br />O <br />Pandemic <br />Thunderstorm <br />Tornado <br />Winter storm <br />a <br />L <br />'a <br />Hazmat <br />Meth Lab <br />Terrorism <br />Urban Fire <br />Anoka County <br />2 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />Andover <br />2 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />Anoka <br />2 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />Bethel <br />1 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />2 <br />Blaine <br />1 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />Burns Township <br />1 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />1 <br />Centerville <br />2 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />Circle Pines <br />1 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />Columbia Heights <br />1 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />Columbus <br />1 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />1 <br />Coon Rapids <br />2 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />East Bethel <br />1 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />2 <br />Fridley <br />2 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />Ham Lake <br />1 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />2 <br />Hilltop <br />1 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />Lexington <br />1 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />Lino Lakes <br />2 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />Linwood Township <br />1 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />1 <br />Oak Grove <br />2 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />2 <br />Ramsey <br />2 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />St. Francis <br />2 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />2 <br />Spring Lake Park <br />1 <br />1 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />3 <br />1 <br />3 <br />Totals <br />32 <br />22 <br />66 <br />44 <br />66 <br />50 <br />66 <br />66 <br />22 <br />55 <br />* Likelihood of occurrence in any single year. <br />
