• <br />• <br />Anoka County Multi- Jurisdictional <br />All Hazards Mitigation Plan <br />PLAN STRATEGY MEETING MINUTES — July 21, 2005 <br />John, Kelli, Linda and Paul conducted a conference call with Les Junge and Jim Capps with <br />Excelliant. Meeting / call began at 9:00 am. <br />OVERVIEW <br />Scheduled a meeting on July 28, 2005 at 09:00 for other parties involved <br />Invited representatives from the city and county <br />Invited one person from each jurisdiction, either the Emergency Management representative or <br />a designate <br />HMGP <br />Discussed the grant to complete the work. <br />The contract for the consultant should be executed by the end of the week. <br />Select top 10 -12 hazards to go into detail to gather hazard history <br />Critical Facilities — Any government building that is essential to provide business, vulnerable <br />populations, such as schools, nursing homes and major medical clinics <br />Received the following documentation: <br />ANOKA JURISDICTION CHECKLIST <br />The General Scope - Exhibit C <br />Example of a Mitigation Survey <br />Hazard Analysis Basic Information <br />Went through an initial overview of the entire JURISDICTION checklist. <br />Detailed or changed some categories: such as removed Dam Failure to become Heat and <br />Drought. <br />Les stressed that we could not change the data in the ANOKA COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE <br />AND TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES table.
