Local Authority <br />2, State Prohibited <br />3. Higher Authority <br />4. Electronic Copy Available <br />1 Is controlled by the community <br />2 Is there a conflict between what the community has vs the state? (This is almost always "N ".) <br />3. Communities that use a EOP would be "Y ". If the response is "Y ", you need not clarify. <br />4.
