C I T <br />Memo <br />Environmental <br />To: Katie Larsen <br />From: Marty Asleson <br />Date: February 3, 2014 <br />Re: Environmental Board Recommendations Talan Ridge/January 29, 2014 <br />The following recommendations were made by the Lino Lakes Environmental Board on <br />January 29, 2014 concerning Talan Ridge Development: <br />1. Soils should not be imported to the site if they would change the nature of existing <br />pervious soils. <br />2. Delineate Wetlands on the site before Final Plat. <br />3. Show the location of tree preservation fences. <br />4. Soil erosion perimeter control must be shown on the map for parcels and existing <br />wetlands on the site. <br />5. Infiltration should be provided for the 100 year flood with some pretreatment of <br />stormwater before flowing into wetlands. <br />6. Stormwater should not travel to adjacent properties. <br />7. Well point existing on the site must be mapped. <br />• Page 1 <br />
