Where applicable, flushing methods and a disinfectant must be used periodically. Bedding, if used, must be kept clean and dry. Outdoor enclosures must be kept clean and base material replaced as necessary. The owner of any dog shall prevent the dog from committing in the City any act which constitutes a nuisance by way of noise, odor, or otherwise stated by city code. 1 Private kennels shall be limited to one litter in a 12 month period. Qein the case of Private Kennels, licensees shall affix an identification tag to all dogs owned by or under the control of the licensee. Current Rabies Vaccination. During the period of May 1St through October 31St, all feces material shall be removed from the owner's property and/or stored in a sanitary manner within forth -eight (48) hours.
