Chaplain Program
A good police officer knows when situations require backup. Whether an officer of the Lino Lakes
Police Department is requested to deliver a death notification, respond to death scenes or other
crisis situations, Chad Gilbertson or Larry
Stromberg are on call twenty -four hours a
day ready to respond. These two
dedicated volunteers have been with the
Lino Lakes Police Department's
Chaplaincy Program since its inception in
May of 2003.
Chad is the Pastor at Gethsemene United
Methodist Church and Larry is the Pastor
at Centennial Evangelical Church. They
provide support not only to victims and
relatives that come in contact with
officers, but also to the members of the
department. They have spent countless
volunteer hours on calls providing valuable
assistance to officers. .
Larry Stromberg
Chad Gilbertson
Pastor Chad and Pastor Larry spend many hours volunteering their time to serve to the residents of
Lino Lakes. Their dedication and spiritual assistance greatly benefits the Lino Lakes Police
Department and the Lino Lakes community. Thank you Pastor Chad and Pastor Larry for your
devoted services
Lino Lakes Police Department 2006 Annual Report 24
•
•
•
